By accessing or using Tickerix (tickerix.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Tickerix is a stock screening and financial analysis platform that provides tools including stock screeners, chart builders, DCF calculators, seasonality analysis, market mood indicators, and related financial data across multiple global markets. The platform is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on Tickerix constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All data, scores, strategies, and analysis results are provided "as is" for informational purposes. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Tickerix is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner.

4. Accounts and Registration

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Tickerix offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from Tickerix without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Tickerix data or content without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tickerix — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the compilation of data — are the property of Tickerix and are protected by intellectual property laws. User-created strategies and watchlists remain your property, but you grant Tickerix a license to use them as needed to provide the service.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date financial data, Tickerix makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed on the platform. Market data may be delayed. Financial metrics, scores, and calculations may contain errors. Always verify critical data with official sources before making decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tickerix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Tickerix in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tickerix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Tickerix at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on the platform and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of Tickerix after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
